Full‑Time Retail Supervisor – Berlin

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Retail Supervisor to join Moose Knuckles’ Berlin store. In this role you will lead a team of sales associates, drive profitable sales growth and ensure an engaging, inclusive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create an authentic and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate the brand’s value proposition.
• Coach, develop and motivate the associate team through observation and feedback.
• Ensure the store meets Moose Knuckles visual merchandising standards and remains fresh.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in daily interactions with colleagues and customers.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum one year experience in fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Passion for the brand and an appreciation for fashion and quality.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Results‑driven, professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
