Global Paid Digital Media Strategy Intern

About the role

Join BMW Group’s Digital Media Team as a Global Paid Digital Media Strategy Intern. You will work alongside experts to support the development and maintenance of paid media strategies that span all BMW brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating global paid media guidelines and strategies.
• Help build and refine playbooks, documentation, and best‑practice materials.
• Support the organization and follow‑up of global digital media community events.
• Coordinate inputs from regional markets and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global media partners and agencies to evaluate new advertising products and features.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
• Independent, structured, and proactive mindset.
• Strong interest in global marketing, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies such as AI.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising.
