Digital Content Manager – Global Strategy

About the role

Joie is looking for a Digital Content Manager to lead its global digital content strategy across social media, website, and email channels. This full‑time onsite role will ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand experience while balancing global consistency with local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop Joie’s global digital content strategy for social, web, and email.
• Build and govern an integrated global content calendar.
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams and e‑commerce partners to align product launches and campaigns.
• Lead the organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Oversee global website content for EMEA, LATAM and APAC, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with the EU e‑commerce team on global and regional email marketing initiatives.
• Manage and develop the Social Media Manager and Website Coordinator, setting goals and driving performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital content teams in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of global brand consistency and local market adaptation.
• Excellent project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business priorities into measurable digital engagement.
