Guest Experience Supervisor (m/f/d)

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Berlin is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead the front‑desk team in delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will oversee daily check‑in and check‑out operations, ensure accurate billing, and act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Manage payment authorizations, cash handling, and daily cashier reports.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
• Compile and review daily logs, contingency lists, and closing reports.
• Provide guests with property information, directions, and assistance for special needs.
• Coordinate with loss prevention and security on any theft reports.
• Support management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Maintain compliance with safety, appearance, confidentiality, and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and computer‑based reservation tools.
