Head of Ecosystem Management

About the role

As Head of Ecosystem Management you will lead the global partner ecosystem for Bosch Business Innovations, turning innovative ideas into spin‑offs. You will work at the intersection of corporate strength and entrepreneurial agility, building and scaling international collaborations that drive real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and formalise strategic partnerships with venture builders, investors, corporates, universities, founders, institutions and governments worldwide.
• Design and implement governance structures and cross‑functional collaboration frameworks that enable venture building across regions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best‑practice exchange among partners to leverage synergies.
• Align ecosystem activities with Bosch corporate functions and leadership, establishing efficient decision‑making and collaboration processes.
• Monitor performance, manage KPIs and continuously improve the partner portfolio to ensure goal achievement.

Required profile

• Several years of leadership experience in strategic partner management, ecosystem/platform engagement or corporate venturing, with a proven ability to run complex international programs.
• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, innovation management, entrepreneurship, engineering, technology management or a comparable discipline.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience driving innovation initiatives at scale.
