High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager – Germany

About the role

Mintos is seeking an experienced High‑Net‑Worth Client Relationship Manager to serve its affluent investors across Europe. Based in Germany, you will build trusted relationships, guide clients through the platform and help them maximise the wealth‑building opportunities Mintos offers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential high‑net‑worth investors through networking, referrals and outreach.
• Present Mintos’ multi‑asset offering in a clear, tailored manner.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM of prospects and clients.
• Manage existing HNW client relationships, ensuring engagement, satisfaction and activity on the platform.
• Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance teams to address client needs and feedback.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales or account management, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken); additional French or Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field; CFA or similar certifications are advantageous.
