Hotel Maintenance Technician (4‑day week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our eclectic team at 25hours Hotel Das Tour in Düsseldorf. You will help keep the property running smoothly while enjoying a flexible 4‑day work week and a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and minor cosmetic repairs throughout the hotel.
• Handle hotel equipment and machinery with care.
• Perform repairs on technical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
• Supervise external contractors and support project management.
• Conduct safety inspections and site walkthroughs.
• Participate in on‑call duty shifts and daily operational briefings.

Required profile

• Completed craft, painting, or technical training with initial hotel experience.
• Ability to work independently and interact positively with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands‑on attitude.
