Hotel Technician – 4‑Day Workweek

About the role

Join the technical team of the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin and keep the hotel running smoothly on a 4‑day workweek. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of all building systems, ensuring guests and staff enjoy reliable Wi‑Fi, lighting, heating and kitchen equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all technical equipment in the hotel, including electrical, heating, gas and water installations.
• Coordinate regular servicing and preventive maintenance of devices and systems.
• Conduct hotel inspection tours to verify that lighting, Wi‑Fi and other services are functional.
• Collaborate with health‑and‑safety specialists to provide a safe working environment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, prioritising guest comfort and operational continuity.

Required profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, HVAC, or similar) with initial professional experience.
• Enjoy hands‑on work and are comfortable interacting with guests.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Interest in gas and water installation systems.
