Lead HR Business Partner – Frankfurt

About the role

As a Lead HR Business Partner you will own the HR agenda for a dedicated employee area in Germany, advising managers on personnel law and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnership and independent responsibility for a German employee area.
• Advise managers on all personnel law matters and support employees from onboarding to departure.
• Organise and execute employee and incentive events.
• Execute critical HR processes in line with local and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with authorities, external service providers and internal departments such as compensation, payroll, compliance and recruiting.
• Work closely with the works council and implement HR projects across Germany and Europe.
• Continuously optimise HR processes, policies and systems together with management.

Required profile

• Completed studies, preferably in business administration, psychology, education or communication.
• Prior HR and employee‑relations experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work goal‑oriented in an agile environment and prioritize tasks.
• Professionalism, discretion and strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work authorization for Germany that does not require employer sponsorship.
