About the role
As a Lead HR Business Partner you will own the HR agenda for a dedicated employee area in Germany, advising managers on personnel law and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR business partnership and independent responsibility for a German employee area.
- Advise managers on all personnel law matters and support employees from onboarding to departure.
- Organise and execute employee and incentive events.
- Execute critical HR processes in line with local and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with authorities, external service providers and internal departments such as compensation, payroll, compliance and recruiting.
- Work closely with the works council and implement HR projects across Germany and Europe.
- Continuously optimise HR processes, policies and systems together with management.
Required profile
- Completed studies, preferably in business administration, psychology, education or communication.
- Prior HR and employee‑relations experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work goal‑oriented in an agile environment and prioritize tasks.
- Professionalism, discretion and strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work authorization for Germany that does not require employer sponsorship.

- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Word.
