Leadership Trainer (Freelance)

About the role

NIIT is seeking a freelance Leadership Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact leadership development programs for professionals at all levels. You will work independently to create engaging learning experiences that help participants enhance their leadership capabilities and accelerate their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver leadership training modules using experiential learning, case studies, role‑plays, and group exercises.
• Facilitate sessions for audiences ranging from entry‑level employees to senior executives.
• Incorporate creative problem‑solving, agile ways of working, and influencing techniques into curricula.
• Coach individuals on managerial and leadership skills, team performance, and change management.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve program content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Leadership Skills Trainer, Career Coach, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English and the local language.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
