Logistics Operations Manager – Poland (based in Munich)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead logistics operations for TikTok E‑commerce in the Polish market, operating from our Munich office. The role will own end‑to‑end performance, carrier management, cost control and daily execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day logistics operations in Poland, ensuring service quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Manage relationships with local carriers, warehouses and logistics partners; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize operational processes, cost structure and service levels such as lead time, delivery success rate and damage rate.
• Coordinate with regional and central teams on planning, capacity and operational strategy.
• Support new market initiatives, product launches and operational setup in Poland.
• Track and analyse key operational KPIs; provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation plans.
• Manage local vendors and support contract negotiation and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management.
• Strong understanding of last‑mile logistics, carrier management and operational planning.
• Proven experience managing external partners and driving operational performance.
• Fluent proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken) for daily interaction with Polish suppliers and couriers.
