About the role

This position offers an entry‑level opportunity in a fast‑paced, product‑driven marketing team where creativity, data and AI intersect. You will work on B2B digital products, creating content that boosts brand visibility and supports growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing assets such as blog posts, case studies, social media updates and campaign copy.
• Support brand visibility analysis in large language models and help optimise digital presence.
• Participate in event‑related marketing activities and broader content projects.
• Collaborate with sales, product, design and development teams to align messaging.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, productivity and marketing analysis.
• Assist in coordinating small projects, gradually taking ownership.
• Contribute to data analysis tasks to derive insights for marketing decisions.

Required profile

• First‑hand marketing experience through internships, freelance work, academic projects or brand‑management initiatives.
• Strong writing and content creation abilities with a portfolio of samples.
• Ability to manage small projects independently from start to finish.
• Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Basic analytical mindset for interpreting data.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily work.
