About the role
The Mid Market Team Lead, Account Management will head a high‑performing team of Account Managers responsible for Uber Eats’ Mid Market restaurant partners in Berlin. This hands‑on leadership role blends commercial strategy, coaching, and data‑driven decision‑making to drive growth, retention and partner development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach a team of Account Managers focused on Mid Market restaurant partners.
- Own the commercial performance of the team, driving partner growth, revenue uplift and product adoption.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, acting as a trusted advisor to key partners.
- Set clear targets, establish operating rhythms and use data insights to improve sales performance and retention.
- Support strategic partner conversations, including business reviews, upselling and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product and Territory Leadership to align initiatives.
- Create and roll out repeatable commercial playbooks to scale best practices across the segment.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success or Commercial Leadership.
- Proven experience leading and developing target‑driven commercial teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to diagnose performance and prioritize opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Deep understanding of the Mid Market segment, its needs and operational complexity.
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
