Mould Engineer – EMEA Injection Tooling

About the role

Aliaxis is seeking a Mould Engineer for the EMEA region to lead the technical sourcing of injection moulds, from part design through to series‑ready tooling hand‑over. You will work within a multicultural engineering team across France, Germany, Italy and Spain, ensuring design requirements, manufacturability, performance and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to product development to guarantee product performance and manufacturability.
• Create detailed technical specifications for injection mould sourcing in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support procurement in selecting and evaluating tool suppliers, participating in technical supplier reviews.
• Lead the tooling sourcing process, including alignment with suppliers, quotation evaluation, design approvals and structured follow‑up.
• Participate actively in project meetings, identify and escalate tooling‑specific risks and issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mould Engineer handling injection mould sourcing and tooling projects.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and manufacturing constraints.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, multi‑country engineering environment.

• Injection mould design and specification creation.
• Tooling sourcing and supplier evaluation.
