National Sales Director – Germany

About the role

We are seeking a National Sales Director to lead and accelerate growth of a premium, science‑led skincare portfolio across Germany. This high‑visibility position carries full national responsibility, P&L ownership, and the chance to shape the next phase of expansion for a dermo‑cosmetic and OTC dermatology brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
• Drive revenue growth across dermatologists, pharmacies, aesthetic clinics, med‑spas, and selective retail/perfumery channels.
• Design and execute national sales plans and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Support upcoming product launches and market‑expansion activities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with international stakeholders in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Required profile

• Current National Sales Managers in dermo‑cosmetics, dermatology, aesthetics, or premium skincare.
• High‑performing Regional Sales Managers ready for a broader national leadership role.
• Strong professional networks across dermatology and pharmacy channels in Germany.
• Commercially driven leaders with experience managing premium, science‑led brands.
