Senior Business Consultant – Strategic Accounts

About the role
This fully remote position is aimed at a commercially driven professional who will manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will act as the primary liaison between global clients and internal delivery teams, shaping long‑term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand high‑value strategic accounts, overseeing renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, procurement and technical decision‑makers.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline visibility for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, engineers and architects to align commercial goals with delivery capabilities.
- Communicate project risks, operational concerns and client expectations transparently.
- Lead complex client conversations with confidence and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Contribute to improving internal processes between account management, sales and delivery functions.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in consulting, technology, AI, data or related services.
- Strong track record of driving account growth through renewals and upsells.
- Experience negotiating with executive‑level stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with practical execution capabilities.
