Procurement Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join a fast‑growing, globally distributed organization. The role supports strategic procurement and vendor management across the Purchase‑to‑Pay function, ensuring processes are compliant, cost‑effective and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including purchasing activities, approvals, renewals and vendor onboarding.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable commercial terms and compliant contracts.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track software and service renewals to guarantee continuity of operations.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation and reporting for audit readiness.
• Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies and procurement‑related risks.
• Support procurement operations within Coupa and other purchasing systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, especially SaaS, software licensing or professional services.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
