Project Manager - Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction, CAPEX, tenant‑improvement and renovation projects for a leading real‑estate owner in Germany. You will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while acting as the main point of contact for internal teams, external partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control all phases of construction projects from design to hand‑over.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, invoice verification and construction‑site supervision.
• Collaborate with internal planning teams, external contractors and architects to review plans and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress against milestones, ensure compliance with German construction regulations and report status to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to their needs.

Required profile

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or a related technical field.
• Several years of experience as a construction project manager within the German market.
• Strong commitment, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
