Project Planner – Scheduling & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Project Planner to support our planning team in delivering complex industrial and EPC projects. The role can be performed from a home office or from our Berlin or Dresden offices, offering flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update schedule data in the approved planning system based on inputs and instructions.
• Support the application of planning structures, calendars, and coding systems.
• Perform routine schedule updates, data checks, and version control activities.
• Prepare standard planning extracts and reports for internal use.
• Assist in consolidating schedule inputs from internal disciplines and workstreams.
• Prepare schedule summaries and look‑ahead views for coordination meetings.
• Collect and input progress information according to defined rules and support KPI reporting.
• Support contractor schedule collection, validation, and integration.
• Document schedule updates related to scope changes or delays and maintain planning logs.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably in industrial, infrastructure or EPC environments.
• Solid understanding of WBS‑based planning, schedule logic and progress measurement.
