Quality Lead – Frankfurt, Germany

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join a mission‑critical construction project in Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan, ensuring compliance with company standards and German regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of the Project Quality Plan throughout all construction phases.
• Verify that works comply with company procedures, client specifications, DIN standards, Eurocodes and applicable German regulations.
• Monitor activities against approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and quality reviews, identify non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives to resolve quality issues.
• Manage quality documentation such as inspection records, test certificates, NCRs and close‑out reports.
• Support handover by ensuring complete and compliant quality documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, site walks and client inspections, providing quality leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Lead, Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer on large‑scale construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of German construction regulations, DIN standards, Eurocodes and ISO 9001 QMS.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
