About the role
We are looking for a CSA Supervisor to lead civil, structural and architectural works on a large‑scale data centre project in Frankfurt. The role ensures safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are met while coordinating with multiple trades and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all CSA works, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.
- Act as primary site interface for CSA packages, managing workfronts, access, housekeeping and readiness for downstream trades.
- Lead day‑to‑day HSE management together with the Safety Advisor, maintaining the Safety File.
- Review and enforce RAMS, permits (hot works, work at height, lifting, permit‑to‑dig) and PTW systems.
- Drive hazard identification, toolbox talks and weekly safety walks with photographic evidence and action tracking.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, logistics routes and segregation of pedestrians and plant.
- Set up, manage and close out the CSA QA File, implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and conduct continuous inspections of subcontractor work.
- Manage snagging/punch lists, drive weekly close‑out and perform trend analysis.
- Monitor project schedule, run weekly look‑ahead planning and coordinate interfaces with other trades.
- Track daily resource levels, production rates and report variances against the WBS.
- Assist with CSA package cost management, including subcontractor performance, variations/claims and material deliveries.
- Report site events with commercial impact to ensure timely capture and entitlement.
- Lead coordination between CSA subcontractors and interfacing trades (MEP, Fire Protection, Security).
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising civil, structural and architectural works on large construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, RAMS and permit‑to‑work procedures.
- Ability to manage QA/QC documentation, ITPs and safety files.
- Excellent coordination skills with multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Experience in cost control and reporting of project variances.
