Project Manager – Fit‑out & MEP Projects (Ireland/Europe)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fast‑track fit‑out and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) projects across Dublin, Frankfurt and the Netherlands. The role offers extensive international exposure and the chance to manage the full delivery lifecycle from mobilisation to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of fit‑out and MEP projects from start‑up through to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary trades and subcontractors to meet tight programme deadlines.
• Oversee project schedules, resources and logistics across multiple sites.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
• Identify and resolve programme risks and coordination issues promptly.
• Liaise with design teams to ensure smooth information flow and buildability.
• Support mobilisation of new projects as the international pipeline expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering fit‑out and/or MEP projects.
• Track record of managing fast‑track, deadline‑driven programmes.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexibly across Dublin, Frankfurt and the Netherlands.
