Rechtsanwalt/ Partner (m/w/d) – Remote

About the role

Spencer West is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its international network as a partner. You will run and grow your own legal practice while benefiting from the firm’s supportive infrastructure and cross‑border collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own client portfolio within the firm’s global platform.
• Deliver high‑quality legal advice across jurisdictions, leveraging Spencer West’s collaborative culture.
• Participate in referral networks and contribute to cross‑border projects.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Utilise firm resources for practice management, accounting, marketing and office facilities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Proven track record in building and managing a legal practice, either as a sole practitioner or team leader.
• Strong client focus with an existing or developing client base.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate on a self‑employed basis.
• Collaborative attitude and desire to work within an international community.

Required skills

• Active practising certificate/license with no restrictions.
• Fluency in English.
