Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruiter

About the role

Join g2 Recruitment GmbH in Cologne as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from prospecting new clients to placing top talent in engineering, IT and construction roles. Success is measured by the deals you close and the relationships you build.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑level candidates across Engineering, IT and Construction sectors.
• Develop and manage a personal client portfolio through warm and cold outreach.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, advising clients on market trends and talent strategies.
• Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to build a personal brand and expand your network.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process to successful placement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English or German.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and motivated by uncapped commission.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for networking and outreach.
