Resident Trainer – Luxury Skincare Education

About the role

As a Resident Trainer you will be a key driver of education, brand expression and customer experience across both retail and professional environments for a prestigious French skincare brand. You will inspire, develop and empower partners and teams to consistently deliver the distinctive brand experience at the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced training programs that blend theoretical knowledge with hands‑on application, covering precise skin diagnostics and fully personalized treatment protocols.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching to retail teams, focusing on consultation excellence, elevated service standards and luxury sales techniques.
• Contribute to improving key performance indicators such as average order value, conversion rate and customer retention through strategic training initiatives.
• Create and lead high‑end masterclasses, events and bespoke consultations for an international, discerning clientele.
• Act as a brand ambassador at PR events, industry functions and client engagements, communicating the brand’s philosophy and scientific expertise.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and the Head of Retail & Education to support strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Certified aesthetician with strong expertise in skin diagnostics and personalized treatment approaches.
• Proven experience in luxury or premium beauty retail with a track record of driving sales and performance.
• Deep understanding of high‑touch customer service expectations for sophisticated, international clients.
