AI Trainer & Consultant

About the role

Join Bots & People as an AI Trainer & Consultant and spend the majority of your time delivering hands‑on AI trainings and coaching sessions for large European enterprises. You will also stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, help design upskilling programs, and improve internal AI workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live AI trainings, workshops, contests and hackathons (virtual and occasional on‑site) for audiences ranging from beginners to advanced builders.
• Coach individuals and small groups on applying AI tools such as prompting, workflow automation, agents and custom GPTs.
• Monitor the full AI ecosystem – Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, open‑source models – and test new tools for enterprise relevance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and senior consultants to design and refine AI upskilling programs, including decks, exercises and reference guides.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to internal processes, building automations and agents that increase team productivity.
• Share insights, tool reviews and training stories publicly to build a personal brand as an enterprise AI expert.

• Proactive learner who can quickly master emerging AI tools and translate them into practical use cases.
• Collaborative mindset for working with designers, consultants and client teams.
