About the role
This fully remote position is focused on generating new business opportunities for a fast‑scaling SaaS platform serving the global vacation‑rental industry. You will target Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking markets across Europe, engaging prospects to understand their operational challenges and presenting technology solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision‑makers in target industries.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling.
- Engage prospects to uncover business needs and articulate the SaaS value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategic outreach and follow‑up campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Provide feedback to marketing on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and pipeline creation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales or similar sales development roles.
- Strong prospecting, cold‑calling, and relationship‑building abilities across phone, email, and social channels.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, with fluent written and spoken English.
- Highly self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills for cross‑departmental work.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
