About the role
Wolt for Work is expanding its B2B delivery platform across Europe and beyond. As a Sales Manager you will lead the full sales cycle for enterprise and SMB customers, driving new business and strengthening partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of the sales acquisition funnel for the enterprise market.
- Manage the complete sales process—from prospecting and negotiation to closing partnership agreements with both large enterprises and small‑medium businesses.
- Identify prospects’ challenges and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure consistent, optimal outcomes for clients and the business.
- Work with Marketing to develop partnerships, attend events and build a robust acquisition funnel.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, account management, business development or partnerships within B2B enterprise environments.
- High ambition, strong self‑motivation and a positive mindset to meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
- Structured, analytical problem‑solver who takes decisive action.
- Entrepreneurial ownership attitude and a “get‑stuff‑done” approach.
- Organised working style, including experience with CRM systems.
- Tenacity and creativity in addressing client problems.
- Team‑oriented culture champion who values humility and politeness.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
