Senior DevOps Engineer (d/f/m)

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will help ensure our SaaS platform meets high‑scale customer demand. Working within the Product Engineering team you will partner with product delivery groups to improve deployment, reliability, performance, tooling, security and overall developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure on a major European cloud provider, using both self‑hosted and managed services.
• Collaborate with product delivery teams to accelerate service delivery and bridge development‑to‑production gaps.
• Champion developer experience by improving tooling, automation, performance metrics and pipeline visibility.
• Continuously enhance high‑availability architecture, eliminating single points of failure.
• Develop and refine monitoring solutions to detect issues early.
• Test high‑availability and incident response in controlled environments.

Required profile

• Passionate about improving developer experience and tooling.

• Extensive experience deploying and monitoring large‑scale web applications.

Required skills

• Linux system administration and shell scripting.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code – Ansible, Terraform.
• Kubernetes orchestration.
• CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
• Technologies: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Golang, Python, Redis, Elasticsearch, Node.js.
