About the role
Workpath is looking for a (Senior) Enterprise Account Executive to join its sales team in Munich. You will drive growth of the company’s strategy execution platform by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and build long‑term relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders.
- Execute a land‑and‑expand sales model, identifying new use cases and upselling software and professional services.
- Develop joint business cases, negotiate contracts, and achieve multi‑six‑figure revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing and Professional Services to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of strategy consulting experience with a track record of winning projects, or 3+ years selling enterprise software to senior executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and build trusted relationships.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and a growth‑oriented attitude.
- Fluent in German and English with excellent executive‑level communication skills.
