Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships in the construction equipment market, focusing on excavators and heavy machinery. The role sits within SANY Europe’s newly created European Key Account Department and offers exposure to major rental companies, construction groups, and dealers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic customers, rental firms, construction companies, and dealers, building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Identify and develop new key accounts, drive direct sales of excavators and other heavy equipment, and create account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Develop market strategies to increase SANY’s share and brand presence, monitor trends, and relay customer feedback to product and R&D teams.
• Collaborate closely with dealers, service, product, and technical teams to ensure the right solutions are delivered and support local go‑to‑market planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in heavy construction equipment sales and key account management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with major customers and distribution partners.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, project requirements, and market dynamics in the construction sector.
