Solutions Project Manager – Digital & Computational Pathology (DACH & Iberia)

About the role

Join Philips, a global leader in Digital and Computational Pathology, to drive the implementation of cutting‑edge pathology solutions across the DACH region and support projects in Iberia. You will work directly with healthcare professionals, guiding laboratories through the transition to fully digital workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Philips Digital Pathology implementation projects, from planning to go‑live.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality, compliance, risks and customer requirements.
• Develop integrated project plans that combine technical, clinical and integration activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and external partners, ensuring clear communication and resource planning.
• Build strong relationships with laboratory staff, clinicians and executive leadership while leading international project teams.
• Oversee project execution, including progress tracking, budget management, change requests, issue resolution and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure compliance with project management, quality and regulatory requirements and maintain documentation for customer acceptance.
• Drive continuous improvement through forecasting, lessons learned and best‑practice sharing across the Philips Digital Pathology community.

Required profile

• Experience in project management or a similar role.
• Fluency in English, German and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer‑management skills and experience in a customer‑facing role such as Customer Success.
• Understanding of contract management, financial acumen and commercial negotiation.
• Ability to lead technically complex projects and collaborate with technical teams.
