Talent Acquisition Partner – Global Recruiting

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will join Voith’s dedicated Talent Acquisition team, supporting the recruitment of a wide range of positions across the Group – from blue‑collar and commercial roles to engineering specialists, leadership and C‑level appointments. The role operates on both national and international levels, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple business areas, from requirement analysis to offer negotiation and contract closure.
• Develop and execute target‑group specific sourcing strategies, leveraging modern recruiting channels and active sourcing techniques.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by guiding applicants through every stage of the process.
• Ensure compliance with labour law and collective agreements in collaboration with HR, business units and employee representative bodies.
• Coordinate external recruiting partners, represent Voith at career fairs, onboarding events and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Participate in national and international HR projects aimed at continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a comparable field.
• Several years of end‑to‑end recruiting or executive‑search experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience with collective labour agreements and interaction with works councils.
• First exposure to international or global recruiting processes.
• Very good written and spoken English.

• Strong knowledge of modern recruiting channels and active sourcing methods.
• Excellent assessment, evaluation and interpersonal communication abilities.
