About the role

We are seeking a senior HR and Learning & Development leader to shape the people development agenda across Germany and Turkey, supporting broader regional capability within a fast‑growing international renewable energy business.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver the regional Learning & Development strategy.
Build leadership development, capability and succession planning frameworks.
Drive organisational capability initiatives across Germany and Turkey.
Partner with senior leadership on talent and people strategy.
Embed consistent HR / L&D processes across multiple countries.
Contribute to organisational design and wider transformation initiatives.

Required profile

10+ years of HR/L&D experience in high‑growth or scale‑up environments.
Strong international and multi‑country exposure.
Proven track record in leadership development and talent frameworks.
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving organisations.
Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
Experience working across different markets (Turkey an advantage).
