Senior HR & L&D Lead – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR and Learning & Development leader to shape the people development agenda across Germany and Turkey, supporting broader regional capability within a fast‑growing international renewable energy business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver the regional Learning & Development strategy.
• Build leadership development, capability and succession planning frameworks.
• Drive organisational capability initiatives across Germany and Turkey.
• Partner with senior leadership on talent and people strategy.
• Embed consistent HR / L&D processes across multiple countries.
• Contribute to organisational design and wider transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of HR/L&D experience in high‑growth or scale‑up environments.
• Strong international and multi‑country exposure.
• Proven track record in leadership development and talent frameworks.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Experience working across different markets (Turkey an advantage).

Required skills
