Senior HR & L&D Lead – Renewable Energy

About the role
We are seeking a senior HR and Learning & Development leader to shape the people development agenda across Germany and Turkey, supporting broader regional capability within a fast‑growing international renewable energy business.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver the regional Learning & Development strategy.
- Build leadership development, capability and succession planning frameworks.
- Drive organisational capability initiatives across Germany and Turkey.
- Partner with senior leadership on talent and people strategy.
- Embed consistent HR / L&D processes across multiple countries.
- Contribute to organisational design and wider transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- 10+ years of HR/L&D experience in high‑growth or scale‑up environments.
- Strong international and multi‑country exposure.
- Proven track record in leadership development and talent frameworks.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
- Experience working across different markets (Turkey an advantage).
