Tax Associate – Global Mobility

About the role

Vialto Partners is seeking a Tax Associate specialized in Global Mobility to support internationally mobile employees and their employers. You will work with a diverse client base, helping them navigate tax, payroll and compliance challenges across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Provide tax advice on assignment structures, double tax treaties and tax equalisation policies.
• Analyse compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities.
• Advise employees on international tax obligations and ensure high‑quality client communication.
• Support engagement financial management, including invoicing.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and new business prospects within existing clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Tax or Global Mobility.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong client orientation and analytical abilities.
• Team spirit and willingness to work in a global environment.
