Team Leader – FM Procurement (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to drive Facilities Management (FM) procurement within our pharmaceutical vertical. Reporting to senior procurement stakeholders, you will shape and execute sourcing strategies, ensure compliance, and deliver commercial value for both the client and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client Procurement Plans in partnership with operations and engineering teams.
• Ensure high compliance with supplier service contracts and internal procurement policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve service issues and guarantee continuity of critical operations.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance and value creation through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct assessments and maintain documentation compliance.
• Provide regular procurement reporting, including KPIs, savings, sourcing activity and supplier performance updates.
• Support annual maintenance planning and mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Represent procurement in client meetings and act as deputy for the Procurement Lead when required.

Required profile

• Several years of FM procurement experience, preferably with an IFM provider or industry client.
• Strong background in both hard and soft FM categories; hard FM experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven experience working with global suppliers across EMEA.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply‑chain software.
