Senior Logistics Coordinator – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join Mercor’s remote team on a contract basis. You will apply your expertise in travel, household, and event logistics to design and evaluate detailed planning scenarios for high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term planning tasks with deterministic rubrics for evaluating personal logistics agents.
• Create realistic travel, household move, and multi‑party event scenarios with verifiable answers.
• Assess multi‑stop itineraries, contractor shortlists, and move checklists against predefined criteria.
• Coordinate events involving multiple participants, balancing availability and location constraints.
• Work independently on complex, high‑focus tasks that may require extended sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel planning, concierge services, executive support, or project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex travel arrangements, contractor shortlisting, household moves, or multi‑party event coordination.
• Ability to produce and interpret logistics artifacts such as itineraries, comparison tables, and checklists.
• Strong written communication skills with a step‑by‑step reasoning approach.
