Travel Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our remote team and help train AI chatbots. You will engage in bilingual (German and English) conversations with the bots, assess their logical performance, and create new dialogue scenarios to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Measure progress of AI models through systematic testing.
• Write original conversation scripts to teach desired responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
