Vice President Customer Services Interiors

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead the Customer Services organization for Cabin Interiors & Monuments. The role combines strategic leadership of service operations with responsibility for IT program management and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the Customer Service organization, including technical support, technical documentation, spare‑parts business, pricing strategies, commercial policies and contract management.
• Manage customer interfaces, prepare executive reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives by optimizing processes, applications and operational performance.
• Lead IT program management, overseeing strategic development of IT systems, data‑analytics, digital‑transformation projects and their execution.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Customer Service, program management or a related function.
• Proven experience managing customer interfaces, performance reviews and complex service organisations.
• Solid understanding of IT program management, digital transformation and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a structured, results‑oriented working style.
