About the role
Wolt is looking for an Account Manager to lead and grow corporate partnerships for its Wolt for Work service. You will own the post‑acquisition relationship, ensuring clients receive long‑term value and remain engaged with the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision‑makers across SMBs to large enterprises.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise the benefits of Wolt for Work.
- Promote engagement and activity across client accounts proactively.
- Identify upsell opportunities, expand account usage and secure long‑term retention.
- Support clients with problem‑solving, troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations and Customer Support to align solutions and incorporate client feedback.
- Analyse client data to uncover opportunities, prioritise focus areas and guide account strategies.
Required profile
- Proactive mindset – anticipates risks and generates loyalty‑building ideas.
- Relationship builder – establishes trust and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – clear, persuasive and empathetic.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Growth‑focused – detects opportunities and expands client partnerships.
- Analytical and data‑driven – interprets account data to guide decisions.
- Professional background – experience in business, sales or marketing preferred.
