CRM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented CRM Specialist to join our Growth team in Berlin. You will own the technical execution, optimisation and analysis of CRM initiatives across the customer lifecycle for Savage X Fenty EU.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and security.
• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies for personalised multi‑channel campaigns.
• Plan, execute and analyse campaigns across email, SMS, app, push notifications and other channels.
• Manage promotional campaign setup, testing, deployment and post‑campaign reporting.
• Own app‑based CRM strategy, messaging and customer journeys to drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Design and Analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with complex customer data, campaign logic and segmentation.
• Experience in a direct‑to‑consumer, membership‑based business is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, app).
• Ability to maintain data integrity and security within CRM systems.
