Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Guest Experience Specialist to turn travelers' ideas into personalized journeys. Based in Germany, you will consult with clients, design itineraries, manage bookings, and provide support throughout the travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture travel goals, preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, tours, activities, and transportation to craft tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate and manage all booking components, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Deliver proactive customer support before, during, and after trips, maintaining strong relationships.
• Address travel‑related questions, changes, and unexpected issues, offering effective solutions.
• Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal promotions, and industry developments.
• Promote services and generate new business through social media, networking, and referrals.
• Work independently, staying organized and focused on personal and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with genuine enthusiasm for travel.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage own schedule and take initiative.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with interest in building client relationships.
• Previous experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
