IT Support Engineer – Onsite & Remote

About the role

Embla Medical is looking for an IT Support Engineer to keep its local IT infrastructure – hardware, networks, applications and office environments – running smoothly for both on‑site and remote users. You will work closely with the global IT service desk while being based in Emmering.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to users remotely and onsite.
• Deploy, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripheral devices.
• Execute system installations, testing and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, reliability and security.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.

Required profile

• Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an IT support engineer or similar role.
• Service‑oriented, hands‑on attitude and dedication to IT operations.
• Flexibility to work at multiple company locations and collaborate in cross‑functional teams.
