Senior Data Scientist – AI & NLP for Marketing

About the role

As a Senior Data Scientist you will drive AI‑powered solutions within the Marketing department, shaping how millions of job seekers and recruiters interact with our platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineers and analysts to build intelligent, data‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing organisation to promote data‑driven decision‑making and align AI strategy with business goals.
• Lead the end‑to‑end development of machine‑learning and AI solutions, from problem definition through deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate models into production environments and enterprise systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI/ML advancements and apply cutting‑edge techniques where appropriate.
• Work with cross‑functional Data Science teams to design intuitive interfaces and workflows for AI‑driven recommendations.
• Participate in hackathons, training sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities within the global data‑science community.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, business analytics or AI integration, including at least 2 years of stakeholder‑facing work.
• Proven hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning and modern NLP frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
