Kindergarten Teacher – Bilingual (German/English)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our bilingual school, where German and English are used equally for teaching and daily interaction. The successful candidate will support children’s holistic development and contribute to a dynamic, intercultural learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pedagogical care and support for children in a bilingual setting.
• Implement and deliver educational offers aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s educational and developmental progress.
• Conduct parent‑teacher meetings and participate in regular team meetings.
• Contribute to conceptual planning and the development of the overall organisational and pedagogical concept.

Required profile

• Relevant pedagogical qualification (e.g., fully qualified teacher, PGCE/QTS, 2nd Staatsexamen or equivalent).
• Practical teaching experience with young children.
• Native‑level English proficiency and basic German knowledge.
• Willingness to pursue professional development.
• Enthusiastic, inspiring, and creative approach to education.
