Curriculum Specialist, 2-Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

Alpha Anywhere is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to drive its innovative 2‑Hour Learning model. Working remotely, you will turn large volumes of AI‑generated performance data into actionable insights that help every learner achieve 90% mastery or higher. You will also provide live coaching to remove obstacles and keep students engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise academic data reports and analyze them to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours.
• Conduct urgent‑response intervention calls and deliver post‑assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles and sustain student engagement.
• Assess, deploy, and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM solutions to improve learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, education, EdTech, or a student‑facing analytical role.
• Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills with a student‑friendly coaching approach.
• Track record of building workflows and automations.

Required skills

• Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
