Legal Counsel – Corporate Law (Germany)

About the role

Join the Corporate Law team in Germany and provide expert legal advice on corporate, stock corporation and capital market matters for Siemens Energy AG and its Boards. You will work closely with Board Offices, Accounting, Communications, Investor Relations, M&A, Treasury and Corporate Finance, influencing board‑level decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the Executive and Supervisory Boards on corporate and capital markets law and governance.
• Manage capital‑market obligations such as ad‑hoc disclosures, directors' dealings and ongoing compliance.
• Prepare and support the Annual General Meeting of Siemens Energy.
• Guide capital and structural measures, including capital increases and mergers.
• Coordinate corporate housekeeping for German subsidiaries and cooperate with the Shareholdings team.
• Provide legal input on strategic group projects, such as employee share programmes.

Required profile

• Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with excellent results in both state examinations.
• Extensive post‑qualification experience in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm.
• Strong background in corporate law and a keen interest in corporate governance.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English, able to present complex topics clearly.
• Interest in AI and legal technology, showing commitment to innovation.
