Partner Director – DACH Region

About the role

As Partner Director for the DACH region, you will lead Druid AI’s partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth and market expansion for its Conversational AI platform. You will act as the strategic bridge between partners and internal sales teams, ensuring successful co‑sell and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and promote Druid AI’s vision, positioning, and product portfolio across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Build, scale and manage a network of partners that can transform their businesses and those of their clients using the Conversational AI platform.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet established revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the partner ecosystem and the direct sales team, coordinating joint market plans.
• Identify, qualify and hand over leads, collaborating closely with sales and partner client counterparts.
• Oversee the quarterly sales pipeline from opportunity development to contract closure and service delivery.
• Drive joint marketing initiatives, events and lead‑generating campaigns with partners.
• Train partners on the sales process, monitor performance and negotiate new partnership agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or channel management within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the DACH market and ability to build relationships with enterprise partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Track record of achieving sales targets through partner‑led revenue.
